I la la love this place. The drinks are always made consistent! I love the cups and the different colors for the different holidays. And I adore the app- which lets me pick my drink, my location, and my pre pick up time. Making it such a breeze to drop in and grab my order and head straight to work with a hot perfect latte!!!!! Such an incredible chain. -the Campbell location is 7 minutes from my work and I love this place!

Update: customer service is really attentive and caring! And despite this unfortunate experience, they went above and beyond in ensuring customer’s voices are heard. The first three photos are how the queen beak avocado toast with egg now looks like and the last photo is how it used to look like! It seems like they have chosen simplicity over quality. There was a sliver of avocado and cream cheese, and it looked like it had been pre-made! As a customer, I was not happy to have paid over $13 for a piece of toast that didn’t even have a generous amount of topping. The bread wasn’t even toasted either, and you could tell it was sitting in a fridge before they gave it to me. Very disappointed way to start my morning… I was really looking forward to it.

Love La La Land! It was my first time attending here and I had difficulty choosing a drink. A barista, I believe her name is Kaitlynn, was very helpful when it came to choosing a drink best fit for my taste. She was very informative and sweet! Overall, this place is very quick when it comes to making orders so I definitely recommend coming here if you want friendly customer service, little wait time, and delicious food/drinks!
