Gigi, assisted us on our first visit. My father got a regular coffee and loved the taste, I got Chi Tea Latte and it was perfect. Gigi asked me about my taste preferences (sweet, not to sweet) and she mixed it perfect. Will be stopping by every time we come to the mall.

I ordered the frozen Carmel crunch and it was the best frozen drink I have tasted and I go to SB’s all the time. The cream cheese pound cake is a 10! Gigi was knowledgeable of all drinks and she sold me on the drink and slice of cake. Very polite and friendly. I ate the slice of cake before I posted. Maybe next time. I am going back.

Great coffee & exceptional customer service. The caramel crunch swirl with an extra shot of espresso was delicious. Gigi provided some of the best customer service we’ve ever had at a coffee shop. The banana pudding was really good as well.
