I was passing through Waco on the way home to Dallas and needed a place to chill for a couple of hours while my husband and son were playing disc golf. A quick Google search brought up Thrst and the reviews sealed the deal. This indie-owned coffee shop is a treasure. I ordered a Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte and a Yogurt Bowl and experienced a little bit of heaven on earth.
