I have been going to HTO for over a year now. All of the young ladies that work there are very friendly and very helpful everyone always greet you with a smile and a welcome to HTO. And the manager Kay Martinez does a great job with her employees and very friendly when you walk in the door. Could not ask for any better service from everyone that works there.

The tea is so good. I get the sweet watermelon and personally it is my favorite. Staff are very nice, even in tough working conditions. It's busy but it moves quick. Their little shop indoor is adorable.

I have been going to this location for months without any issues. However, today, I went and got two sweet mint teas. Once I had already left, I tried the tea and the mint tasted rotten. I’ve had mint tea in my fridge before for too long and it goes bad with a very unpleasant taste. Now, this store is always busy, but there has to be a system to prevent something like this from happening. I would recommend you try the tea you want in the “test cups” they provide so you don’t run into this problem like I did.
