Awesome coffee shop. Great drinks and food, friendly staff, tons of seating, they have a second floor, and cool decor + vibes. For sure coming back!

Great spot to grab a bag of coffee and a pour over! Had a super interesting conversation with the owner and was talked into a 1/2 lb bag of Panama Geisha. It was my first time learning about this unique coffee so I had to give it a try. Brew: Type: Aeropress Ratio: 1:15 Temp: 95 C Taste: VERY smooth flavor with strong floral smell. One of my favorite cups I’ve had and definitively a good bit of variety from my typical fruity/citrus light roast Ethiopia. 10/10! Let me know if you have any brew adjustments recommendations!

Salt Lake Roasting Co is a cozy place for a cup coffee and light work. Would be a great place to bring a friend! I am studying for exams and would not specifically recommend this location for focused study or deep work. It is tight quarters and an easy place to get distracted.
