Samora is my new favorite barista! Me and a few friends made online orders. He noticed they all had different time stamps and really came through to make sure we had an amazing experience there by remaking all the drinks without us even asking. The whole team went above and beyond even with a massive line going. This is now the only place I’ll go to get my coffee. Thanks guys!

Cynthia and Nancy are the best. Every time I come they are smiling and friendly. I also love that they remember my order. One time when I came the associate that took my order out the wrong thing in and when I got to the window Nancy asked if I had my usual and I said yes, she said oh this is wrong and made the correct one. This happened with Cynthia also, I ordered a mediums and normally get a large. She asked if the size was correct. These two are a great asset to your customers.

The Jordan Landing West Jordan Dutch Bros is the absolute best location. They are quick with making orders, give great recommendations, and are so kind and friendly. We go every weekend morning at the start of our “family coffee drives.” There are SO many great employees, but we want to give an extra shout out to Parker who always remembers us.
