Recently discovered this place and I'm already obsessed. It's a great place for a cheap but tasty coffee and has places I can work on my novel writing. It can get busy, so finding a good seat is occasionally a waiting game. And the view is awesome!

Coffee was good, vibes and staff were excellent. The view was nice, but furniture was wet from the rain and we couldn't sit outside. Overall great experience and it was the only place open for Christmas, for that it received 5 stars :)

Great little coffee spot. Perfect for coming to work or meet up with a friend. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Spaces inside are a mix of tables, some chairs, some soft seating, it's such a hidden gem in the corner. Coffee and tea are great. Staff is super friendly. Really cool vibe! Dog friendly!!!
