I ordered a caramel frappe, but it didn’t resemble a caramel frappe at all, and it wasn’t even cold. The employees need to improve their attitude and serve drinks properly. My overall experience with this coffee shop is a complete zero out of ten, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. 5:30pm

Love beans! I've been coming to this location for over 15 years(I've lost count) I've NEVER had a bad experience! All the barista's are always so nice and smiling! If anything is ever wrong they fix it so fast with no issues (the outside speaker it's hard to hear with so i get it). I did enjoy one of my recent visits, the pink haired girl I think her name was jess was so kind! I had a bad day and she helped change my day. 😊

I have been wanting to try the green Matcha at beans and brews and today I really regret it first. It doesn’t even look like a Matcha. It was warm no ice and when I told the girl that that’s normally not what it looks like she says that was a green Matcha. I didn’t really wanna argue, Should have definitely stopped by my nearby beans and brews that I visit daily will probably not be stopping at this one anymore.
