My favorite boba place for after work!! The workers there are all so sweet and fast. They always give me the most delicious drinks and I would recommend a Royal Thai Milk Tea with brown sugar boba and syrup.

I had a very nice Assam Milk Tea (low sweetness, low ice, which is my preference). They made it exactly as I asked. Very nice service, I would recommend. Spacious seating in the back; nice restrooms, Japanese vending machines around.

Very solid boba spot at West Valley Fair Mall Plaza. Their Taro Smash has real taro and their boba is spot on—not hard at all and lovely chew. You can customize the ice and sweetness as well. My brother got the Berry Cheese Foam and enjoyed it a lot since he’s never had anything like it before. Staff is very helpful too! Hope this place stays!!
