This was the second time we’ve visited this location in the last two weeks, and we thought it would be better this time, but unfortunately it wasn’t. Last time we had a large online order, gave 3 hours notice and still ended up waiting 1/2 hour for our food. This time it was for 8 people, again with ample notice, and we waited 45 minutes after the pickup time. They had put our desserts out on the counter first so by the time they were packaged the pie had totally melted. Our chicken salad sandwiches were slapped together so badly, with hardly any filling, and our ham and chicken had the tiniest little bit of chicken on it. Just unacceptable. Both visits we had food missing and incorrect as well. We usually love Kneaders and have had great experiences at other locations, but this West Valley location just can’t handle getting orders correct or on time. We will go out of our way to order at other locations from here on out.

Chicken salad sandwich is really bland. Had like half a scoop of chicken salad on a crushed croissant. I could not take the chicken sandwich back due to time constraints on my lunch, rather than starve, I figure, I'd try it and definitely disappointed me even more than the look. I would have rather have starved and saved myself eleven dollars. Do better.

Kneaders in West Valley is ALWAYS a hit for our LLS nonprofit events. Leah and her staff are so kind and helpful, as well as the baked goods we received being delicious and adorable! Definitely recommend!
