The cobbler tasted more store bought. The ice cream had cinnamon on it which was prepackaged. But please go and try for yourself.

Awesome new dessert eatery in Newport News. A true hidden gem tucked off Jefferson Ave. Only open 3 months, but that hasn't stopped them from doing a fantastic job of a small menu of homemade desserts. Favorites Red Velvet Pudding, and Carmel Apple Cobbler. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Very helpful to this guide. You can eat in or take your order to go. You must try The Cobbler Cafe.

Same thing every other person said before me: the cobbler was great but the CUSTOMER SERVICE was bare minimum. Only 4 customers in the store at the time (to include us). The first thought we had was “no greeting, didn’t ask if it was our first visit, and didn’t make any suggestions”. The guy was literally just there to the take the order and serve the order, no in between.
