We got a bunch of pastries and pre-made items from the displays. We were given plenty of time to look over everything and we felt comfortable asking questions. The gentleman who rung us up and got our items was very friendly and answered the best he could, asking for help from the woman who I believe was the owner. She would come out to answer and speak to us directly. Very helpful and friendly. Food: *Big selection!! Salads, breakfast sandwiches, cakes, cookies, brownies, coffees... *Vegan and keto options *My partner's favorite thing was the Oreo cheesecake and mine was the cake pop (it's HUGE), but everything we chose was good. *Everything in the cases was presented really nicely. The cupcakes were decorated so cute! Customer service: *The gentleman helping us was very friendly and made pleasant chit chat *He also double checked multiple times we got everything correct in the order as we were rung up (we ordered A LOT) *They brought out a cake for a customer to see as a reference because he was asking for sizes. Super friendly! Ambiance: *Calm chill vibes *Good music selection, and not loud at all *Comfy looking seating options Other: *They have an outdoor patio when it's nice out *They have an ordering kiosk *You can order ahead/online *Check out their website they offer SO MUCH STUFF! Tea tasting, classes, catering, specialty cakes, and they SHIP nationwide! We really liked this cute little café and I look forward to going back and trying even more (and supporting a BIPOC woman-owned small business!!)

I think I should have tried the pastries and baked goods instead of what I ordered. I got a bacon, egg, and cheese on brioche and the taste was not pleasant. The bacon was undercooked and chewy, the egg was runny, and I didn't really understand the lettuce on a breakfast sandwich. I'll give it another go but I wasn't pleased with what I got this time. The ratings are so high so this must have been a fluke visit. The presentation and service was amazing though.

Excellent coffee and a good breakfast sandwich in a comfortable environment. Staff was friendly and helpful though they could spend a little more time checking on dine-in guests. I was really impressed when one of the staff took the time to hold the door for a guest with special needs. A wide variety of pastries, cakes and muffins.
