It feels a bit odd to leave a review for a place I frequently visit, but here it is. Assuming you can successfully find parking nearby, this spot is truly cozy and delightful. The immense space is filled with the aroma of coffee, a variety of goods, a bar, a bakery, and the harmonious structure of coffee roasting equipment. The sounds created by baristas, bartenders, roasters, cashiers, and visitors blend together like white noise to me. Watching the process of roasting coffee beans, packaging them, and sending them through copper pipes to various sections while enjoying a cup of coffee is a small happiness that’s irreplaceable. If you have the chance to try the same beans brewed as a pour-over, espresso, or even mixed with water as an Americano, I recommend doing so. It’s a great opportunity to immediately notice the differences and reevaluate your preferences. This could be a meaningful moment to rediscover your taste.

Fun place to visit in Seattle. Weekends can be busy. Parking is paid street parking, good luck! Creative menu options and exclusive merch. Restrooms are unisex. Single toilets with doors. A male left his door open while urinating. Weird.

An incredible experience if you have the chance to visit. The shop area and the process machinery for roasting coffee beans in must see. The workers manning the roasting area were very friendly and were eager to educate any onlookers about the process. The Starbucks reserve is a one of a kind experience with some drink creating you won’t find at any your Starbucks. To note. There is no matcha here at this place. The brews are super smooth here Overall, Starbucks reserve was an awesome way to spend a part of the day in downtown Seattle. Come up for a nice cup and a snack after your early morning walk.
