I have eaten here since May, I'm visiting in town from Oregon. Everything is outstanding, especially their steel cut oats. They perfect everytime but they run out quickly... Get there early! I love this place and highly recommend it for your breakfast and coffee needs and lunch! Tasty bakery items and all is delicious 😋 Give Maple St. Bistro a try, you won't be disappointed!

This used to be my absolute favorite place to get breakfast. I ordered here every weekend over the last 3 years prior to my weightloss endeavor. I bought from here a few months ago and the standard was still just as good as the months prior. But then I ordered last weekend and received the most mid, tasteless, everything bagel I had ever eaten. The insides of the sandwich hadn't changed. Just the bagel. I thought "maybe they got store bought for emergency supply on the weekends." No. Just this morning I went in to ensure I received a bagel from the normal, house, recipe they had. Sat in the car, opened the box, and once again there sat the most mid tier bagel staring me in the face. I'm not sure why the recipe changed or what the perceived reason is, but it's simply not worth going to Maple Street anymore. The recipes were all unique and now this restaurant feels like typical Spokane food. Bland, barely edible, and disappointing. They still have great staff and a great atmosphere but the recipe change is going to slowly end this place.

Terrific panini sandwiches; try the Chicken Pesto and Malibu Club! Wraps, Espresso and a selection of housemade bakery items. Service was friendly in the midst of being very busy! Kid friendly & outdoor seating.
