Great food and gluten free! 5 stars! I had an absolutely wonderful breakfast at Three Hearts today! Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The team was incredibly friendly—Kat made the best cinnamon latte I’ve ever had, and Will provided top-notch hospitality. As someone who needs gluten-free options, I was thrilled with their offerings, making it the perfect spot for people like me. I’m so glad to have found such a great place to start my mornings. Highly recommend

Went here on a study date with my bf. We loved the vibe instantly. They had really great music playing. The staff were really friendly. The decor and cafe itself was very welcoming. People seemed to be enjoying themselves and their food. I had an oat milk latte and a matcha latte. I also had the Dutch baby without the pork. My boyfriend had the breakfast sandwich. We both loved the Dutch baby! I did wish it were a bigger portion for the price. Their baked goods were delicious as well! Both of us were able to get work done despite it being a busy Sunday. We are definitely coming back! So far my favorite cafe in Tacoma. Which is saying something because I can make lattes at home 😂

Excellent spot to grab lunch or some light bites to go. The coffee and beverages are exceptional. The interior is beautiful, casual spots to sit at solo at the bar or with a group at tables. We really loved the food. The ingredients were high quality and well seasoned. Our favorites are split between the sandwiches (we had the steak sandwich and salmon burger) and the salads. Plenty of options for various diets. This spot is gonna blow up with popularity. So glad it’s joined hilltop!
