Walking in, we knew we were going to have a great experience. The service was top notch, the menu was perfectly sized and the food was cooked to order. Great coffee too! I had the breakfast sandwich and subbed mixed greens for the potatoes - so good! Others in party had traditional breakfast and ham, cheese omelette.

Flavor, service, atmosphere are very good. However, the chilaquiles left something to be desired. The tortilla chips weren’t crisp and get very soggy very quickly and they congeal into one big clump. I recommend change the tortilla chips because the salsa and flavor are delicious. When I came to this country I tried different types of tortilla chips and found that La Espiga has the best tortilla chips for chilaquiles.

I have been a die hard Bay Family(Hotel) restaurant supporter and I’m not gonna lie, this place give them a run for their money. I ordered Eggs Benedict and was not disappointed. Fresh made from scratch and wow it was really good. Ham was perfect, hollandaise sauce was amazing! We will be back and I’m trying pancakes next, which Bay Family has the best in all of Green Bay!
