A wonderful café. The staff and drink was great. The atmosphere was clean, and inviting. I could tell the staff built good rapport with regular customers. To new customers, including myself, they gave a good recommendation and were genuinely interested in getting to know me. If I ever go back to Milwaukee I’ll definitely stop by.

I stayed over at the Hyatt hotel and always prefer to visit this cafe over Starbucks. It has better coffee than Starbucks because I can actually taste the coffee. The cafe has lots of different coffee beans and does awesome latte art!

Can’t go wrong with Canary. Colin has done a wonderful job here creating a beautiful aesthetic to enjoy your thoughtful drink in. Shots pulled are always smooth, and Chai always spot on. As a spoiled coffee snob Californian, I would come to Canary and it would make me feel at right at home. What a bright spot in Milwaukee. Also I had brought one of their awesome coffee cups back to CA with me but our cat decided to destroy it, sad haha. Hopefully see ya one day again.
